Thankfully good sense prevailed just in time. Good escape it was, which could have been very bad otherwise.

Lesson learnt the hard way, could there be any comparison to the unstinting love of a mother...

No comparison, Adesh

and one should not attempt it too , its foolhardy to do so

Rain and Green makes a perfect match and it gives some experience to be in there. I love to take a walk in our campus after a sharp shower and it looks extra special with the rain and green. The forest looks spectacular after rain with a wet tracks and elephant crossing is beyond expression. More than a tiger roar an elephant’s trumpeting in an ange mood can be terrifying. There is a saying in Tamil “if a benevolent man is disturbed and triggered, even the wild can’t take his vengeance” same is true with elephants. Well if you want to check your heart’s pumping performance in an adventurous style then we can try to take on a tusker. Infocus is getting more and more interesting capturing the actions and emotions of the wildlife. Thank you! Amazing pictures

Thanx a lot, Ashok. Your xpressions are priceless.

I too love the walk in our campus and in Koramangala after a shower, it is simply fantastic.

The freshness of the air & the smiling - swaying branches & trees add to the appeal

The elephant fly on that wet day was special as u rightly said that image with trunk up & calf ahead was fabulous

Thanks

The one and only unconditional love. It's reminding how our mother cover us by saree during rain while struck in the farm.

Human or animal - mother is mother.

The lush green forest in the rain looks so clean and pristine...could smell the mud and hear the birds chirping around..! Peacock clicked mid air and the big jumbo's mud bath look surreal...spectacular camera work..!! The baby's day out with family was a funny incident, mother the first teacher of life comes to his rescue and ensures his safety from all potential threats..

All the pictures with the rain drenched forest in the back drop are a visual treat ..absolutely gorgeous..Thanks for sharing.
