Kingdom of Ngorongoro is a 'Paradise on Earth'. Last weekend I was casually checking some of the unique places to visit to add to my bucket list and Ngorongoro was one of those thrown by Google. It was a super coincidence 😂 to see the same name in this week's InFocus. Awe struck by the backdrop pictures which are further glorified by the GBB 🥲 birds and animals. The author through his pictures n narrative is trying to bring us as close as possible to his experience but he still knows that he is only kindling the fire of passion in us to nudge us in that direction and the real experience of this place is beyond the limits of expression. Only animals and birds live here or do even Gods live here???

About the Lion King, I watch all kinds of movies of different genre, actors, languages. But when Rajnikanth movie is on the release list, everything else takes a backseat. I like diversity but there are certain specials which defies that attitude. Same can be said to our Lion King. He is special. He is the King. Thank you for bringing a near real experience of this paradise on earth. Amazing pictures! No wonder BBC grabbed one!

So happy that your search is amplified and you are on the right track as you came across Ngorongoro

It 's a unique place as you found out , must come up on your bucket list

Yes the backdrop is simply amazing in Ngorongoro

Ans the Lion King is gorgeous to say the least , his stature , persona , gait and equilibrium and Rajni kind of devil may care coolness and attitude , puts him apart

Thanks for being so involved in InFocus

The crater in the background, sun rays lit up and clouds surrounded, the whole scene looks very serene.

Another close encounter.

All pics are beautifully taken and superbly narrated.

In the wild there are close encounters at all times

Tiger - Lion and Leopard walking past your jeep is normal , getting on top or inside is chilling

Lions living in a volcano crater! Beautiful landscape and stunning photos sir. Does the Ngorongoro area fall in the Great Migration path? I recall seeing this on National Geographic long time ago.

The Ngorongoro crater is unique and almost kind of has same animals living in it

Only about 20% of them step out

Ndutu - Serengeti - Mara are the Greater Migration route sequentially

So happy you loved this unique place on our planet
